It depends on where you are. Orders processed at our warehouse will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days business day. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns or refunds

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that have damage to them, e.g small dents in a can, damage to packaging for example a cardboard box being dented or crisps being slightly crushed in the packaging are not eligible for a refund or return. This is because the damage is only cosmetic and the goods are still edible.
